I’m not here to sell you an AI project. Show me something in your business that is slow, expensive, manual, confusing, or simply not getting done. Then we’ll figure out together whether the fix is software, AI, a better process, or some mix. Sometimes the answer is a two week build. Sometimes it’s advice. Either way, you’ll know what the problem actually is before you spend real money on it.
